Bridal Package PoliciesBridal up-do trials are $65 and $75 for day of Wedding . Bridal make-up trials and day of are $80. Bridal deposits require $150 down before being booked. Please call front desk for more details.
Correction PolicyRobert Jeffrey stands behind their work. If you have any problems with your hair, you must call within the first week to have any issues resolved.
Cancellation PolicyIn order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. A service charge will be applied for any appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.
Booking PolicyWe require a credit card number to reserve an appointment for extension services, Keratin Complex Treatments, and certain chemical treatments.
Product Return PolicyIf you are unhappy with a retail purchase, please feel free to bring the product back in to exchange. Sorry- no cash refunds will be given.
Late Arrival PolicyIn order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, we reserve the right to request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Payment PolicyWe accept Visa, MasterCard, check and cash. Tips are cash only. We are unable to accept tip on a credit card. Thank you for understanding.
