Cancellation Policy

In order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. A service charge will be applied for any appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.

Booking Policy

We require a credit card # to reserve an appointment for all skincare treatments, Keratin Complex Treatments, and certain chemical treatments.

Product Return Policy

If you are unhappy with a retail purchase, please feel free to bring the product back in to exchange. Sorry – no cash refunds will be given.
